The Doona Car Seat is covered by a 24 month warranty against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty period is effective from the day of purchase. Ensure you save your receipt and bring it to us should you have any warranty issues. The warranty covers Doona car seats and strollers that have been handled properly and sent to us in good condition.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Natural signs of wear and damage resulting from excessive stress.
Damage resulting from inappropriate or improper use.
When the product has been used for a purpose other than that provided user instructions.
Keeping children safe is our utmost priority. As such, we have a strict no-return policy for child safety products as it is not possible to ascertain the complete history (how it was used/if any parts of the product might be compromised) of the product before considering resale.
